Ever wondered how Miss Love Boutique works? Every decision I make is with one goal in mind—to create a mystery experience that's exciting, fair, and filled with quality products you'll actually enjoy. Here's a look behind the mystery.

Why don't you ship internationally anymore?

As a one-woman business, international orders required hours of customs paperwork, additional shipping costs, and a significant amount of extra time. When packages were returned, I often absorbed those costs and refunded my clients. Unfortunately, it simply wasn't sustainable, so I made the difficult decision to focus on serving my domestic clients. In the future, you may see pre-curated mystery boxes available for international customers. These ready-to-ship options will allow my international clients to enjoy the Miss Love Boutique experience again without the complexities of custom orders.

Why have your Scoop Box prices increased?

My goal is to fill your box with quality products you'll actually use and enjoy—not items that end up forgotten in a junk drawer. If something isn't the right fit for you, I want it to be something you'd feel proud to regift. Quality products come at a higher cost, and that's where I choose to invest.

How do you balance the value in Scoop Boxes?

Each Classic Scoop Box contains a minimum of 18 beads, averaging approximately $2.89 per bead. I don't look at the value of each individual bead—I balance the value of the entire box. If a client receives several higher-value items early in their scoop, the remaining beads may include lower-priced items. Likewise, if a scoop starts with lower-value items, I'll often choose higher-value items toward the end. Every item I source is carefully selected for its quality and usefulness. My goal is for every client to receive a balanced box filled with products they'll actually use and enjoy.

Why are Wheel Spins $19?

Many of the handbags and wallets I include would retail for $30–$80 in a boutique. For just $19, you have the opportunity to receive one at a fraction of its retail value while enjoying the excitement of the mystery experience.

Why are some Wheel Spin prizes different values?

The wheel includes a mix of higher and lower value prizes. If a client receives a larger handbag on one spin, another spin may be a smaller handbag or a lower-value item. Every order is balanced as a whole so I can continue offering exciting premium surprises while keeping the experience fair and sustainable.

Why do add-ons require the purchase of a box?

The combination of a box and add-ons is what allows me to continue offering quality products at fair prices. Some handbags and wallets have retail values of up to $80, so offering add-ons without a qualifying box simply wouldn't be a sustainable business model.

Why don't you use fancy tissue paper, ribbons, and bows?

I'd rather invest that money into the products inside your box than into packaging that's opened for a few seconds and then discarded. My priority is putting the value where it matters most—inside your box.
